Nothing. Front desk does not know how to do their job and they are very rude.

Workers are very rude and do not know how to do their job. I stood there and watched as the receptionist did everything other than to try to assist me. I always had a problem with this hotel every time I came to TX but stayed anyway due to someone I know saying it was a good hotel. After waiting over an hour and watching the receptionist do nothing to help solve the problem I had with booking issues, we just left. I advise anyone and everyone not to bother with this place.

They canceled my 2 night stay without any notice whatsoever! Horrible experience with this company and it's staff. I do not recommend. They did nothing to rectify the situation and never even apologized for the huge inconvenience. Charged me for the whole stay! Now I have to call and deal with management for a refund.

We didn't get to stay. Upon check-in, there was a misunderstanding on the room reservation. The manager Jennifer was rude and didn't like we asked for a manager to sort out the room confusing. As 1 of the staff members confirmed a room change twice by phone prior to us arriving. The staff member manager didn't like that we asked for someone with higher authority to speak too so she canceled our rooms and told us to find a better hotel to stay at! This occurred at 9 pm at night! We sent complaints to corporate and requested a complaint form through booking. Never have we experienced such inconvenience! Luckily, we were able to book a last-minute airbnb, but this cause very much anger on the 1st day of our trip. Never agin will we book this hotel!

Did not get to stay at the hotel. I had to find another hotel because my reservations through booking were not correct. I feel like the receptionist did not go above and beyond to accommodate the mess up. I had reservations for July 5th - 7th. Upon me getting to the hotel, I was told that my reservations were scheduled for July 4th. So, I asked the receptionist if there were any more rooms, and one of them said no, and the other said they had a single queen bed room available. So, I was going to get the room, but I asked if the price would be the same as the 2 queen bed room. The receptionist said no, it was actually almost $100 more. So, I left and went to find another hotel.
