Positives: The property is located in a good area of Houston.

Negatives: The staff was ok but not helpful with any matters. Scalding hot water in our room. Toilet water was steaming hot. Could not take a shower due to scolding hot water. The hot water was unexpected and caused slight burns. Maintenance was unable to fix the issue. We requested to be moved to another room. The new room was smaller than my initial room in my reservation. Iron was dirty and ruin my clothes. Coffee pot did not work in new room. Desk phone did not work in my original room.
