After Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Positives: The room had all of the amenities of a mini apartment.

Negatives: There was no microwave in the room, and there was no restroom to use until we were checked into our room to use that bathroom. There should be a restroom available for guests to use upon entering a hotel instead of having to wait until they get to their room.
