Staff was very courteous, room was clean but I feel that the air conditioning wasn't working properly

Air conditioning wasn't working properly but the room was comfortable to sleep in. One of the elevators was not for operating, therefore I had to use another elevator of which my car was parked far away.

Staff was very helpful and...
Positives:
In general everything was great in the hotel. From the great customer experience to the cleanliness of the rooms, delicious breakfast. Each morning they had something different. My children loved it, even though they are not morning persons, they would wake up for the breakfast. We felt safe in that property it was gated.
Negatives:
The only thing I was not happy was that in the pool. It was indoors and it was too hot and humid it made it hard at time to gasp for air. The ice machine was not working on our floor. Had to go down one floor to go get ice.
