The room was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to Galleria Mall. Great value for the price

Very comfortable and cozy room
Positives:
The hotel is in a great location for the disables, seniors, adults, teenagers and kids. It’s a dog friendly hotel. Also, easy access to and from major highways. Lots of restaurants to eat and places for the happy hour’s goers. Also, the galleria mall is in walking distance. Nearby parks for kids and dogs.
Negatives:
Breakfast was pretty decent although they could have switched up with the meat on Saturday and Sunday. My stay was four days and four nights. My original room was changed due to the cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. It freak me out the first night I kept tossing and turning. The second night I started seeing roaches in the bathroom as well. I then went down to the front desk agent and alerted her. My room was immediately changed to the same exact room on the same floor with a much better view. The rest of my stay was amazing. Guest should always inform the front desk in situations like pest control. Oftentimes, guest don’t inform the property hotel management and the problem exist for the next guest. I should had informed the desk agent seconds after seeing the cockroaches. Those cockroaches were only coming out at night. Lights off they’re were crawling all over the kitchen. Lights on they crawled away fast as lightning…lol. Yuk!!!

Rooms were very worn down and outdated. Cracks in shower tile, shower never heated up and wouldn’t turn off fully. Toilet paper rolls that looked like they belong in a gas station. Rooms were dark and depressing. Charged $23 per night to park at the hotel you already paid money to stay at.

The room was fine, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
Negatives:
My tv played up and I couldn't turn it off. I requested someone to fix it because I couldn't move the unit it was on to unplug it. Each time someone came in to fix it, they just changed the channel. I had to sleep with the tv on, this happened two nights in a row despite my asking reception to get someone to fix it each day. I couldn't be in the room when they came to fix it because I had conference sessions to attend. The remote was fine, you could change the channel and the light would come up when trying to turn it off but the tv wouldn't turn off. I was there for a conference and needed to get a good night's sleep, this didn't happen on the last two nights I was there. It wasn't dealt with well by reception when I left, they had no interest. The breakfast was very underwhelming and not worth the money I paid for it.
