I booked 2 rooms as I was traveling with 5 children and 2 adults. I called and confirmed that the rooms were right next door to each other as I was putting my kids in. The lady working at the time I checked in told me she didn’t have any available rooms side by side. I could put them on the 2nd floor or the 4th floor and me on the 3rd floor. I told her that wouldn’t work she said there’s nothing else she can do. So I had to cancel my 2nd room and I have to make some of my kids sleep on the floor.

The front desk didn't answer the phone not once. Why does it take so long with this hotel to receive a deposit back, but NO TIME to take it off my card. Also, why not but deposit amount on site so we want be surprised when we get there then go back and forth with guest when they say it wasn't there! I and 3 other guests had this problem while I was at the front desk trying to see why the TV in my room wasn't working. I waited 4 hours of so for someone to fix it. The rude front desk cleck finally came in to do it himself, but he'll that was half of our day gone. Only had reservations for one night!
