Positives: Our room was clean and comfortable, most of the staff was friendly and the manager was amazing and quick to resolve an issue we had with our other room I will definitely stay here again and definitely recommend this location!
Negatives: There was one rude staff member that made fun of me because I brought up a concern within one of the rooms we stayed in and was speaking to me like I was dumb or something but he will not hinder me from returning..every other staff member and the cleanliness of this hotel was amazing! Also hope they add more of a selection for breakfast.

Positives: Quiet. Comfortable bed.
Negatives: They are remodeling and 1/2 finished everywhere. Construction dust and no baseboards, 1/2 painted room. We booked a non a/c room accidentally, and they asked if we wanted to upgrade to a/c for $136 more for a 2 night stay. Booking graciously cancelled that reservation (I had no idea that would be offered in Houston) and we made another reservation for an a/c room for same amount as the non a/c room. The breakfast offered was slim. We declined breakfast. But..despite all that, it was quiet and we slept comfortably.

Positives: The hotel is in a good area, close to the interstate and fast food/gas stations. They provide a dehumidifier for the room which definitely helps with how humid it was.
Negatives: It's not a knock on the hotel but it's currently undergoing renovations and the smell of paint was very strong in our room.
