The hotel and parking lot felt safe.
Close proximity to NRG Stadium for walking to a concert.
Breakfast was ok. The selection of foods was good.
Staff was nice.
Negatives:
Only one working elevator (on a concert weekend!) was a huge headache. Waiting on the elevator was an easy 10-15 minute wait. We ended up using the stairs the majority of the time.
The chemicals used for cleaning our room/floor were so strong we had to leave after the first night. Everyone in our party got sick (runny nose, burning throat, etc.) from exposure to the strong chemical smell.
