Positives:
I like the atmosphere, it was friendly and easy to communicate with. The rooms were huge, clean, and lovely. The tvs were adaptable (able to connect my phone and other devices and stream). The shower was spacious. The kitchen area was a decent size. The bed was comfortable. I loved the room.
Negatives:
I didnt like the rush the staff has when it come to check out time. (Its not just this hotel but its most of them.) I understand that there was a late check out option but if somebody isnt ready at a certain time atleast ask them instead of rushing them. But in my case i had woke up late but early enough for me to be checked out at 11 but my room key wasnt working for me to go back and retrieve my belongings. And the cleaning staff was rushing us to leave the room instead of just coming back when we leave because we were just packing up.

My room wasnt clean. And I have yet to be reimbursed by the hotel management, that agreed to partial refund. Along with booking being aware that they are yet waiting for the hotel to release funds to refund me back after 2LONG MONTHS NOW!

Location was good for quick access to major highways. The breakfast was decent with a creal and oatmeal bar, waffles, bagels, muffins, breakfast croissant sandwiches and quiche. The pool and outside terrace was really cute.
Negatives:
The cleanliness was below my expectations as there were stains on the pillowcases, sheets and bedspreads. Stains varied from what looked like make-up, blood, and yellow streaks. The main disappointment was in the fact that we had to change rooms twice. The first room was advertised as a King suite with king bed and pullout couch but we were situated in a Queen suite. When I told the staff member, he told me the bed was a king and it wasn't until I told him that it didn't measure out to a king measurement that he agreed to switch us into a king bed suite. Later that night the AC stopped working and we had to switch rooms yet again at 10pm. We were extremely tired and moving twice in two days was exhausting. The staff were nice enough but the facilities didn't seem as clean and up-to-date as advertised.
