Positives: The location and the place was clean
Negatives: Well quit a few thing. The person that checked me in mess up so much. Could not find my reservation and gave me the wrong room. The. Fixed that but my son also had a room there at the same time. And messed up his bill and ended up charging me for the son’s bill even after he had already paid thur th app he booked with. Which was a different app then I did.

Positives: Good location.
Negatives: Our non smoking room on The 5th floor smelled like smoke, body odor and funk. It looked somewhat clean though. Couldn’t sleep bc of the smell. Stayed here bc of the low price of $115 but they charged my card $192. There is a $75 deposit that takes 1-5 business days…. No big deal but I was not told about it during check in.

Positives: Melissa was exceptional. She texted me within 20 minutes of my arriving to my room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and to see if I needed anything. She also gave me important tips on taking a car service from the hotel to the concert venue. The next morning she even remembered me and inquired about the concert. The room was very clean. That is always the first thing I check and I was extremely impressed. The air conditioner filters looked brand new. My "sock test" was most impressive. I walked around the room with white socks on for a full 5 minutes and they barely got dirty. The pillowcases are very high thread count which I absolutely loved! Their housekeeping department is top notch. That is important to me. Well done! Everything about my stay was positive.
Negatives: The bed was a little firm for my liking, but I still slept well.

Negatives: The Hampton Inns used to have great mattresses which made me pick them besides the possibility of a 6am breakfast. I don’t know what criteria were used to purchase the mattresses they had. They were awful, uncomfortable and not for a restful sleep.
