Bad policy on late checkout. This is a hotel close to the airport and flights get moved time to time. They should allow late checkouts without charge till 3pm and half day till 6. Sad part is staff behaved like robots reading out policies and blatantly refused saying who I could escalate to

Great .. they have shuttle...

Horrible service from Annie at the front desk. I had booked the place specifically because of the Airport Shuttle, and was confirmed twice in the message that it will be available. However when we landed after a 27 hour travel Annie at the front-desk told me that there is no shuttle service after 2PM and that she is not interested in helping us at all.
When I told her repeatedly that I was assured by their hotel through booking.com that the shuttle would be available, she refused to listen and kept trying to talk to me through a speaker phone.
