I only liked the location.
Negatives:
The hotel smelled and the rooms were awful. The whole place needs to be shut down and renovated. Walls, carpets and doors were dirty. The carpets stunk. I had to go buy Lysol and downy carpet spray to help mask the smell of my room and the other rooms my family rented. This was the worst hotel I have ever started at. We moved the mattress and found dead roaches and the wooden bed frames were dirty and full of dust.

The front desk staff and the breakfast room staff member were very kind. Breakfast options were good.
Negatives:
The elevator was out of service the entire stay and we were on the second floor of the hotel. The stairwell was filthy and never cleaned our entire stay. The air conditioning was out or not on Friday or Saturday morning making the hallway very warm. We had to ask each evening for wash cloths as our room was not supplied with this item to use in the shower.

Horrible and was in a room with no phone holes in the wall stains on towels and short of them blow dryer was off wall hanging elevator doesn't work at all pool is destroyed and no hot tub and no ice machine and worst of all the computers were down in guest computer room in lobby roaches in breakfast area crawled on my face I am unhappy and disputing this is wrong ...

Their elevators had been broken for a week and we had to walk to the third floor as that was the only rooms available It was hard with all of our stuff and my mother with severe arthritis. Large room and only had two towels we had to ask for extras.

we were booked on the second floor and then was told the elevator was not working so we had to walk up four flights of stairs also we went to the pool in the morning and the pool was green with slime and told that wasn't working either. Also some of the lighting in the room was not working the shower was not working correctly.

A/c wouldn’t cool, NO POOL was available, and the elevator was not WORKING! Had to get all my stuff upstairs though the stairs! And not to mention I wear a prosthetic leg carrying everything up was a challenge! This place is a SHt hole where employees don’t care if you have a” do not disturb “ sign and still make so much NOISE horsing around with other employees! This is the worse place to get rest! Management don’t give a shit about you, because they don’t returned any calls! Don’t rent here because you will be very disappointed!

Everything, the toilet had someones waste in it, the toilet paper holder was broke, I was on the 3rd floor, had to use the stairs because the elevator was broken, the stairs were filthy, the phone in the room did not work so had to use the stairs extra to tell the desk that the shampoo and conditioner and soap had been used already

Ended up cancelling and booking at another hotel because our family that got there before us told us how horrible it was. No ac in hallways, elevator wasn’t working, swimming pool was closed, their Refrigerator in room wasn’t working. I requested my money back for the hotel but I still got charge. My family didn’t end up staying there the whole weekend as planned, they also had to booked another hotel.
