During the day, my bathroom smelled like sewage. My last night there I was up at 3am and couldn't go back to sleep due to extremely loud noise from the guest next to me. I called the front desk around 4am and I believe it was handled, however I was upset so I checked out and left. That sucked because it was my last day of my birthday trip and had plans to do other things around the city.

The room was comfortable but seating was very limited. At my age comfortable seating is a must! However, I enjoyed my stay.
Negatives:
The bar wasn't open and there weren't enough luggage carts for usage. Also the seating in the room was less than desirable not comfortable.
