Negatives: I asked for two queen size beds, and they gave me two full size bed

Negatives: The night check in guy gave our room to someone else. We were to have a handicap room n the only thing that was handicap was a rail in the bathtub n the tub was slippery. Wouldnt give us an extra pillow. The bed was lumpy, bathroom had mold which we told him n nothing was done about it. The floors were damp n sticky, ac had to be turned down to 64 just to keep the humidity somewhat tolerable. Wont be staying here again.

Negatives: I paid for the room as soon as I booked it. There was nothing stating that there was a 50 dollar deposit required. When we arrived thats when we was told about the 50 dollar deposit I told her I was not aware of that. She stated with out the deposit I cant stay in the room (even tho it was already paid for) so I paid the deposit. My room was on the second floor so we waiting for the elevator but it never opened so one of the employees came and said the elevator dont work so we had to carry our heavy bags up some stairs. Once we got upstairs the room numbers is not in order so we had to literally look for the room. We get in the room it was nice but the remote didnt work and there was not a lot of channels to choose from so I didnt even watch tv. Also I didnt sleep very well bc the bed was uncomfortable and the mattress kept sliding off the bed.

Negatives: Customer service Lack of room service. Placed in a smoking room when pre-paid for non smoking. Laundry facilities didnt work. Could extend in person, then couldnt, then had too, then had to go through a third party. 50 deposit that isnt mentioned. Terrible front desk staff. Asked to check out early do to all above issues, no sort of explanation, responsibility taken, or refund for the next day which I wouldnt be staying offered. And more.

Negatives: No breakfast
