Positives: We were very satisfied, room had everything we needed, clean, bed was comfortable, appliances worked, good water pressure and close to the the assembly hall by the j e fairgrounds as well as o t her things such as good restaurants. We'll stay again.

Negatives: We never got out of the car. There appeared to be residents lingering outside of rooms smoking and drinking. Doors to the rooms looked like they were in bad shape. Cars covered in tarps in the parking lot. There was hardly any outdoor lighting.
