Positives: I have stayed here many times in the recent past. I have never had any problems until now.
Negatives: This is the first time I've had to deal with this extremely rude woman. I do not understand why any hotel would hire someone to work the front desk that clearly is as far from being a people person as you can possibly be.

Positives: Bed was comfortable and door was secure.
Negatives: Room not vacuumed. Lots of dust on tables. Hair in shower. Bathroom floor not swept. Sink area was dirty, specifically the faucet had a lot "stuff" on it like toothpaste spittle.
