Positives:
Friendly and responsive staff.
Negatives:
We had to move rooms when we first arrived due to AC drip problem. We were given breakfast passes which was quite nice and appreciated. Another incident with two men playing loud music in the parking lot at 5AM, reported to FD and resolved quickly.

Definitely the location, close to a lot of amenities, tourist points.
Negatives:
Unfortunately it had a strong humid smell to the room and sadly the tubs jets did work.
Positives:
Enjoyed the quiet area of town and easy to access from the highway and frontage road. Great location for access to shopping centers and restaurants.
Negatives:
The first day of our stay the restaurant raised its prices by about $5.00 per entry on the menu. We only ate there once because of the price increases.

The location and it had an inside pool.the overnight clerk was really sweet.

The elevator was out of order for a day which is an inconvenience bc we have an adult child that is disabled, used a wheelchair. The water was out alot. They said "we can't control it". You can let guests know before we arrive to make other arrangements.

Phone didnt work. Toilet didnt work and they didnt change our room when we complained. The water was turned off. After that, we had to lift the bulb in the tank to flush it. Did not measure up to a 3.5 star hotel .

The pool was in the middle, and was loud. Staff was more concerned about gossip than helping. Ceiling was peeling in bathroom and sink needs to be recaulked. Shower leaked and towel rack was in shower, so towels get wet.

Honestly - nothing. It was VERY disappointing at all levels. Hard to find, rooms not clean (I was even moved rooms), not well maintained AT ALL.

Cleanliness was deplorable! Stained linens on the bed, bathrooms not clean, dripping faucets, rooms smelled funny/off. Large Insect in my room! Maintenance of property in the rooms was beyond POOR.Had to even change hotels to the Aloft (MUCH BETTER).

Nothing it was awful. Old and run down.DON'T stay here. Reminded me of a 1970's hotel. Photos are not a true reflection of the hotel.

This has got to be the worst Hilton Garden Inn that I have ever stayed in. Hilton should be embarrassed to have this property in their portfolio. Staff were rude. Gym disgusting, water filter didn't work. Half the power points in my room didn't work.
