Positives:
We had very bad experience on this stay here. We have reserved for two queen beds room but they gave us one king bed room due to over booking on that day which I need acceptable. Later they promised to give extra bed but we didn?t got one till check out.
Negatives:
Front office guy was very rude and didn?t keep his word on giving extra bed on the same night of check in. Very bad experience and parking is not free and we need look for parking in different garage in the downtown.

Our stay started good but ended bad. My truck got broken into while with valet. The price for valet was $42 a night. They were parking the cars in a parking lot that was $10 a day. Manager never spoke to me front desk just said sorry for what happened.
