Positives: Location
Negatives: Room had a bad smell. We had NO hot water, and when we told the staff, we were told that they didn’t know if they could get someone to come check it that night. Then we were told that they could move us to another room but since we had been ready for a shower, that meant we were not wanting to pack up and move. Also, we were told that because we didn’t book directly with the hotel, no refund could be issued. So, we just washed up with cold water and left before daylight the next morning. Also, toilet seat didn’t even fit on the toilet. When we left, we were told that they couldn’t issue us a receipt, we had to get it from booking.com. As of now, we have no receipt from anyone. Customer ahead of us was treated very nice, we feel that because we used a ‘third party’ to make our reservation, we were not treated nicely. Perhaps because we got a discount, no free water or gift bag for us.
