The hotel looks amazing, clean and tidy, on arrival front desk attendant was amazing, offering tips of what to do and see, where to eat.and recommended tours.
All staff were friendly throughout my 4 day stay.

We had a power outage one evening, very little information was offered, 2.of the lifts were out.of order for part of the stay

Had to pay for parking even though we stayed there big bummer!! Also the ac did not work well at all cranked all the way down and room never felt cool … had to sleep with the covers off very uncomfortable … the carpet felt sticky. The staff was really nice but the comfort level was totally not good.

Only thing is paying an overnight parking and not being able to find a parking space after coming back from a drive around the city because it seems that their parking is also available for non hotel guests.
