Positives:
We didn't stay long enough, but the time we were there was sufficient to realize is was not a good place to stay.
Negatives:
The lights in the room did not work, there were nasty smells inside the room, the staff were rude and it looked like people have some shady business going on at the back of the building. It didn't feel safe at all and there was a man and a child coming in the direction of the room as soon as we opened the door. The whole situation seemed very suspicious, we didn't feel safe so we left.

The icebox that we did not use started leaking and wetting the entire floor. The TV was not getting enough channels that we used to get the night before. They said they have changed their TV plans. Every single time we tried to open the door, the key did not work. Had to go to the office to reboot the key. We expect to get reimbursed for two nights because of so much discomfort.

The room was clean. Smelled a little cigarette. Toilets were a great height due to handicap. Bed was wonderful.

I requested a handicap, didn't get one. It was upstairs, was changed to dwn stairs, kindly.We unclogged the bath tub. It was full of hair.water was backed up.
