I loved how the night concierge and manager Charles assisted me with parking concerns as I travel for work and have special parking requirements

The paid parking or valet at 30 that isn’t specified on the Booking app
However the MOD Charles that I had the pleasure of meeting worked with a nearby motel and got me a room

First off the website Location was misleading the hotel was not far from the riverwalk, but we chose this hotel under the impression it was on the riverwalk. Secondly upon arrival one of the beds were broke and the mattresses were hard as bricks I woke up this morning in a lot of pain. My friend who was also traveling stated her beds were in the same shape and condition as mine and she has medical issues.

First it was location I type in riverwalk and it's not on the riverwalk. It is about 80 steps accordingly to google. Not a bad walk but still a little misleading. The beds were so uncomfortable one was broke in my room. I have spinal Stenosis and it did a number on me. I'm hurting so bad. MY NECK AND BACK. Im probably gona have to go to the chiropractor this week because in my case it feels worse than a normal person would feel. My kids woke up hurting. My Friend also stayed in a different room had the same problem she woke up hurting.

Positives:
Very cute hotel, location was ideal to walk to The Alamo, River Walk and other DownTown attractions. Modern and a bit minimalist, which was nice. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the breakfast that was included, but the pool was amazing since it's so HOT in San Antonio and it came in handy after venturing out during the day. Staff was nice and attentive to our requests. A/C works amazing in the room.

Ice machine didn't work on our floor, not the biggest inconvenience but when on the 3rd floor we had to venture to the main floor anytime we wanted ice.
