Good
Positives:
The staff was courteous and knowledgeable which made the check-in/check-out a smooth and quick process. The hotel smelled fresh and looked well kept. Our room was spacious, considering it had 2 standard beds and a pull-out sofa. It comfortably accommodated my family of six. The kitchenette came with a full size fridge and 2-burner stove, which was perfect for our needs. The breakfast time was slightly later, which was great because we tend to sleep in a little on vacations. They offered a great breakfast selection including hot food. The staff was constantly restocking items that were low before they ran out.
Negatives:
The hotel seemed to be low on towels because it was a hassle getting enough towels for our large group each night. The kitchenettes came stocked with some items, but we had to request a pot for cooking. I'm assuming past guests would walk off with their pots, so that's understandable.

the room was dirty - stains on the carpet
and there was a horrible smell in the hotel, in the hallway to room and in our kitchen
