Positives:
The property is great ,but I had an issue with the manager she was rude and unprofessional. I rented 2 rooms and I asked if I could change one room and she told me no. That I had to stay in the room she gave me the microwave didn’t work and had coches . I waited for her to leave then I went to the front desk to ask the manager how took her place and when I got there the phone rang and it was her telling the front clerk not to change our room. Sunday morning I was getting ready to leave when she told me I had to leave and that I couldn’t rent there anymore, orders from the owner of the hotel. I don’t know the owner and he/ she doesn’t know me .

Positives:
Unit was spacious and had a mini fridge.
Negatives:
The advertised "bay view" turned out to be a view of houses and a canal. Towels had either not been changed or not washed properly prior to our arrival; they were soiled and stained. Phone in the room not working. No tea or coffee maker. Roaches and bugs in the room. Signs posted to keep noise level down after 10 pm are great but of no use if they are in English only or if not enforced by management. This said, other guests were partying, yelling, fighting, their kids running around screaming - all till well after 3am. No sleep possible. Needless to say, don't stay here if you want to have a good time, would like to relax, or need to sleep. No thanks.
