The mattress in room 128 sank down 3 inches or more when I layed on it. Also a guest across the hall had a dog barking at 7am .. It continued to bark for some time. Not acceptable

Caleb at the front desk is amazing. Had a huge hiccup when I got there and my room wasnt booked. He figured it out and got me to my room! They have been wonderful every time I stayed.

Air Conditioner went haywire second night. Reported it to front desk. They came and checked but were unable to fix it. Did get is kind of working but was making bad noise. They checked on moving us to another room but none were available. Lived with it
