We had a King suite which was quite spacious. The sectional couch was very convenient and comfortable. Our room was quiet. The breakfast was nice with offerings including eggs and breakfast meats. The seating area was spacious.
Negatives:
A higher grade of coffee would have been nice. Otherwise there wasn't much to complain about.

The spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms are always outstanding at every location of a Hyatt Place I've been to so far.
Negatives:
The morning breakfast was very weak. Location directly on top of the local highway led to ambient noise from cars leaking into room.

The room is cleaning only 3 times/week. We stay for 4 nights our room hasnt cleaned even once. Trash bins were dirty, the bed linen was not changed, the bath towels were not changed. I had to go down to reception and ask for toilet paper which was handed to me.
