Location & the staff. The breakfast was good & hot. The staff worker kept breakfast area very clean. She also wore gloves when restocking food.
Negatives:
The signage to find the hotel is lacking. We drove past the driveway several times. Of course I do not know what restrictions the city of Tyler has in place.

Some of the tenants were unapologetically prejudice with me being hispanic assuming I only spoke Spanish when my first language is English.
Unfortunately that's a commonality there in east Texas.
