Bed was good, curtains shut out the light, person checking me in was polite.

Loads of noise from room above us at night and again in the morning. Female ended up sitting outside our door talking to herself in the morning. We called front desk and they sent police. Lots of trash outside the rooms and a guy had a car hood up working on it for several hours. One lamp in entire room.

The entrance to the pool was Very very inconvenient. The main entrance stayed locked and you had to actually leave the pool patio and walk out and around to the pool. It didn't make sense.

Location and people staying there at the time were scary. We had our door locked and someone barged in with their own working key card!! We had just gotten out of the shower! Then had to get our cards rekeyed!! The photos on the website make you believe this is a clean comfortable place but it isnt! The walls were dirty and the linens!

Not very clean and nothing at all like the pictures. Looks like more of a local live in hotel with to many sketchy looking people just hanging outside. Then when I informed them we wouldn’t be staying the whole three days because it was unsatisfactory but I didn’t mind paying for the night we stayed. The guy at the desk says if his manager decides to refund me that’s the only way I’ll get my money back. Mind you he says he has no way of contacting his manager so I politely left and called my financial institution and handled it myself. Don’t stay here unless you absolutely have no choice.
