Negatives: Couldn't shower - shower was broke - reported to front desk. Roaches and other bugs in the room. Parking lot is falling apart literally. No phone in the room. Ice maker doesn't work. Room 214 horrible. I will not be back . I need a refund. Not good

Negatives: Constantly had people loitering around the parking lot

Negatives: Almost everything was broke. Washer and. Vending machine didn't work

Negatives: They tried to put me in a room that had a broken window and the back of the toilet was missing. Then thought they were gonna put me in a room with double beds. I told them that's not wat I wanted mind you I booked and paid in advance on booking. Then they said they had a room but I would have had to pay a deposit I told them I wasn't giving them anymore money. He told me those are my only three options were to stay in that room because he never had anybody complain about it, take a double bed or pay deposit for the similar room. I called booking customer care and informed them wat was going on my wife called me 30 mins later saying that the guy changed the room and it still ended up being a non smoking when I paid for a smoking.

Negatives: THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T ANSWER THIS REVIEW WITH WE TRY TO GIVE THE BEST CRAP, JUST REFUND MY STAY FOR THE 2 NIGHTS I WAS TOO SCARED TO STAY THERE AND REFUND MY 30.00 FEE FOR MY DOG THAT NEVER STAYED.

Negatives: The room smelled like pee. Everything was dirty. The floor was sticky. Asked the manager to come in and look at it. He kept making excuses. We did not feel comfortable staying there. There was prostitution happening and people doing drugs outside. I have a toddler and it was disgusting. He was supposed to refund us and he never did. I ended up paying full price for a room we didnt even stay in. HORRIBLE

Negatives: Filthy, noisy upstairs all night. Bumping, moving things around, dog barking, had to hold the handle down until toilet flush. Very filthy, hair in fridge, around a baseboards, wifi didn't work. Toilet was extremely filthy around. Just nasty. Bed broke off on ibw side. Fridge pooped all night. Had to go purchase a blanket to sleep on. They want to submit a great review before you've even entered the room.. Why are they even on the list?? Need to shut down

Negatives: The staff when we checked in and got t our room their was no toilet paper Calle front desk and asked for a roll and he argued with me that yes their was toilet paper in my room which their was not. Finally he gives us a roll of toilet paper but he kept telling me I know what you do with the toilet paper. I said yes wipe my ass what normal people do with it he kept arguing with me and I still do not know what he was referring to by I know what you do with toilet paper and the people above us every night and day it sounded like they were remodeling the staff did nothing about it at all but if it were me up there making all that noise for seven days and nights too I would have got kicked out of their fr sure . Probably will not stay here again I promise that if I do they are going to have to get rid of the rif Raf there and prostitutes as well. Bad overall for sure.

Negatives: 1. Urine on the floor of the room 2. Feces smeared on the bathtub 3. Insanely dirty floors and sheets 4. Toilet had not seat 5. When told about these things and requested a refund it was denied so still have to pay for a place I didnt not stay in 6. Old food in closet 7. Possible food or feces on the wall and under the table 8. Dead bugs everywhere 9. Absolutely worst place Ive ever seen and possibly the most incompetent staff Ive ever met in my life DONT EVER STAY HERE!.
