Positives: The staff was nice, the rooms looked clean, the bed was comfortable and the food was good.

Negatives: The hotel recently had flood issues, not fault at their own, but my room smelled of Mildew badly. When trying to switch to another room there were no available ones. I couldn't go to another hotel due to no availabilities near where I was staying. I tried getting in touch with the manager daily for 2 weeks. The manager was always in meeting per staff. I begged them to get her to call or email me, left messages everyday and no email nor return call.
