Negatives: Breakfast was horrible and hotel manager Vanessa prince was very rude and lacks customer service skills. Tv did not work and also key card to room did not work as well. Had to go downstairs 3 times just for her to fix it.

Positives: It was conveniently located off the highway. The price was affordable. The front desk attendant the night we checked in was friendly and gave us a ground floor room as requested.

Negatives: The property was not maintained. It was not very clean, stains on linens, walls with unknown splatters. The bathroom smelled of mold. Mold in shower and trim missing. We didn’t use the shower or the towels…..ick. The carpets in hallways covered in stains and fraying. The breakfast next morning was just ok. The milk was sour for our cereal. And the front desk attendant that morning was not very friendly or helpful when asking questions about the area. We had concerns for our car overnight in the parking lot as there was a lot of activity.
