Positives:
The mattress was new and the sheets soft & clean. TV worked and the accent wall made the room look nice at first glance. The bathroom was spacious and the shower disabled-accessible.
Negatives:
Old stinky carpet, broken lamp, patches on the wall, poor finishes. The complimentary body lotion was used. The towels were clean, but old and disarranged. The shower head was half clogged the water flow stabbed me more than the thankfully-absent Norman Bates would have. They put Febreeze plugins in the room and in the aisles to cover up the carpets fragrance.

Overpriced. Half dilapidated, half renewed, old carpet, new mattress. Whats mismatch.

The bed was so comfortable!! The best! The pool was clean and even though an older hotel they were working to correct any past issues. (Usually from previous occupants)
Positives:
Quite clean, very quiet on back side with low occupancy. Bed comfortable. Micro, refer. Vinyl floors. Looks like (new?) family/owners trying to clean up property after apparent long term neglect. Breakfast standard old fruit, cheap pastries, cereal.
Negatives:
Needs maintenance. Eg shower ceiling ill fitting unsealed sheetrock. Doesnt feel welcoming. The smell of perfumed cleaning product was excessive in the lobby as if product not being diluted properly. So bad I worried about breathing fumes and effect on my dog (paws, ingesting). Not nearly as bad in the room.
