Positives:
Room was comfortable, warm, loved the fireplace in our room, beautiful view, hot coffee, water in lobby, and hot brkfst was yummy. Pool guy so nice, turned the waterfall on for us, and that eve came to get our fireplace turned on. Check in and check out very smooth and quick. So grateful for the carts to haul all our stuff. Lots of storage to unpack and get comfortable for our stay.

The staff was not good. I asked for more wash towels, and they said they didn't have anymore right now and never brought any. They did not light the pits the whole weekend and I asked like 4 times There were no towels by the pool. Dogs were barking my hole stay. My family asked to place next to each other on our reservation months in advance they didn't. The prices for food were expensive and not that good. My kids lost money at the arcade, and they told them theres nothing they could do.I stayed before, and it was better when it was under other owners. I came for the fire pit and the ambiance I had before, and I was truly disappointed.

Budget cuts since last time I visited - Amazon Basics products, just loose sheets without duvet covers (I personally think this is a filthy habit of hotels and don't want an unprotected duvet that hasn't been washed and that could have bed bugs against my skin).

The resort is very nice and cozy, our room was spacious and clean. The staff is kind and welcoming, super kids friendly:)
The shuttle is a plus ! !

The Dinner place “Lift” into the resort is also nice and the staff are really kind, the only thing .. I would like to more choice in the menu , specially in the kids menu.

Really off the beaten path. This was not made clear in the listing. I drove 12 miles up the side of a mountain with snow and frost in the dark! I almost turned around it was so sketchy. You should let people know the hotel is at 9500’ elevation.
