The Hotel was very nice as far as looks location and how you would picture a destination hotel at a Ski Resort
Negatives:
We were there for Spring Skiing so staff might have been lower, but the cleanliness of the hallways, elevator and other area's open to all guest could have been cleaner. Our room was clean and nice. We had a couple of minor issues with leaky water in bath

Excellent hotel with great staff, close to Brian Head. Dinner at the restaurant was superb.

Breakfast was pretty meh, similar to what major hotels offer for free but for $15 extra here. I would probably try to plan my own breakfast if staying here again. There is a beautiful outdoor "hot tub" but the water is lukewarm at best. Shame.

Complimentary tea and coffee was nice. Friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious and nicely renovated. Short walk to a small general store.
Negatives:
Bit strange that there was a set of stairs in the middle of the floor on the way to our room. Could occasionally hear noise from upstairs

Very nice location which we used for a stopover.
Cool building in this typical ski lodge timber style.

It was off season when we were here - maybe therefore it all looked a bit run down.
When we came to the room we figured out that the bed was still dirty from the guests before.
Spa area is nice but also quite run down.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was great. I enjoyed the view from my room. Great location to visit Cedar Breaks and Bryce Canyon.

There is a half flight of stairs on the 2nd floor. I was unable to bring a baggage cart all the way to my room.
