Negatives: Under construction, noisy heater, poor noise insulation, dirty carpets in the room

Negatives: Everything was satisfactory.

Negatives: I had to give an 8 out of 10 instead of an excellent rating because we really liked all of the staff except for one young and skinny girl, whose name I don't know. She was very unfriendly and rude. First of all, I called multiple times before heading to Cedar City, even calling while we were on the way. During my very first phone call, someone answered but said she couldn't hear me, so I told her I would call back. After that, I made multiple calls but received no response. We arrived around 1:00 PM to see if we could check in. I noticed her sitting outside smoking as I walked in. She came inside when she saw me but didn't even bother to say "hi." I checked the hotel's phone number to ensure I had dialed the right one, and it rang, indicating that the staff should be better about answering phone calls. We understood that the room wasn't ready yet, and we were okay with that because we arrived early. We took our kids to the ski resort first and returned to check in later. The ladies we encountered after that, as well as those we met the next morning, were very nice and friendly. The rooms were decent and spacious, although the water pressure in the shower was weak, making it a bit difficult to shower.

Negatives: The shower had long hairs in the tub. The lady at check in seemed more concerned with answering the phone and chatting. Even though there were no one else to help but my friend and I.

Negatives: torn chair no fridge banging on floor by people above me.
