The main room was okay

The bathroom and the sinks didn't work. The tub created a huge slipping hazard and the sink had a part that dropped out and the heating lamp stopped working in the middle of my shower and left me in the dark.

The room was terrible. Everything...

The location was convenient. It was easy to get to other destinations nearby.
Negatives:
The hotel was very unclean. Right when we got out of our car, I was concerned. In the parking lot there were broken glass bottles which were dangerous. In our room, there was left over garbage and things on the floor. The carpet was filthy. There was a fire alarm with a dead/dying battery chirping in the hallway. The pool/pool area was also dirty. There was hair stuck to the legs of the chairs that were around the pool, chipping paint around the pool, dirty windows, and dirty pool water.

..but too close to the new In and Out Burger who seem to demand respect from LaQuinta’s visitors but whose crowd offers nothing of respect to tge same. Also every exit was filled with cigarette smoke.
