The hot tub was not working for our entire stay, our tv was a little tricky to navigate. We were a family of 5 in the room and we continued to ask for more towels because they only left 3 in the room.

The food was terrible. The hot tub didnt work. The AC unit wouldnt keep the fan in had to call maintenance. They were going to give me a refund, but since I booked it through booking.com they couldnt. The pillows were terrible.

The hot tub was down and that is a BIG deal for us since we are older and the hot tub is something we look forward to. Not having it up and running made the experience less attractive. The hot tub and the breakfast is lame. Why can't you guys get a waffle maker and a little more food? A little variety is good. You guys probably have one of the worst breakfasts ever.
