Firstly, they should tell you they add a $50 deposit at checkin. We all know it takes many days to a week to get deposits back on credit cards. Tried to call ahead to ask for ground floor but after lengthy hold I wasn’t able to get to the desk agent, ever. Could have told me after the first ask. Parking was not available close by because 3 trucks parked crossing 12 parking spaces, so it was difficult to unload. Also, horrible, too mushy lumpy bed, felt like a misshapen pillow.

There was a hole in the carpet in the room amd there was a strong air freshener smell that seemed like it was trying to mask other smells. Everything else seemed clean and updated

The sink was stopped up. The shower had not been adequately cleaned: when I pulled back the curtain, a dirty wash cloth fell off the shower rod! EWWW! Also, the (ground floor) window was completely UNLOCKED! ANYONE could have just slid open the window, and come on in: so glad I noticed that! Total confusion when I booked, too. I called and was told it would be $184 for the last remaining (king) room, so, I went online: it was only $107 FOR THE SAME ROOM ... and there were supposedly FIVE of them, and FIVE double queens as well. I called back and talked to someone else. He couldn't explain anything, but said I'd better book it quick if that's what it said; he said the rates change minute-to-minute, and that 4 more bookings came in while we were on the phone! I was trying to have him help walk me thru it, but he hung up on me. So, I just went in. The guy at the front desk said it wasn't him I had been talking to, either time. I'm not a fan of the apparent B.S.!
