Negatives:
the first room they offered us had no beds and all the furniture was pushed into the dining area, the room next to it was boarded up, the second room was dirty, cigarette burns on the blankets and overall a dump

Very poor
Positives:
The staff was very friendly, from the maids to the manager, they went out of their way to make you comfortable. The room was clean, bright and homey. It was quiet, even though the place was full.
Negatives:
They only drawback, the maid forgot the toilet paper, which in all fairness wasn't all that unexpected because we were early and they rushed to get us a room. When we called and explained it to the front desk, the promptly brought us one and apologized profusely.
