Positives: The room is big and bathroom is big

Negatives: Firstly, the room card did not working well. At the moment of checkin, it was not able to open the door after many tries. The next morning, when I came out to have a breakfast and wanted to back in the room, it locked me out. I tried at least 10 times and at last I asked for help from reception, he was very inpatient. By the way, it was the worst breakfast that I had, it was a sad breakfast

Positives: We were able to get a good nights rest after a long trip from Europe

Negatives: The shuttle ride was a disaster. The next morning the clerk would not even call a cab for us. I have never had that happen. The Shuttle service royally sucks.
