Positives:
Super clean, rooms are pretty, beds were comfortable, really close to Zion entrance. They were very communicative prior to check in, just keep in mind the front desk works till 3pm, we got locked outside our room by accident at 5pm and they helped us by phone really quick.
Negatives:
They didn’t replenish the coffee for the second day, but they had plenty of coffee at the reception anyway

There was no WIFI, no breakfast, no coffee. Don't know why it was advertised and not supplied. No key in the box when we checked in. Had to run down the guy.

We booked a king bed room but on checking was told that our room was given to someone else. We were given a double room. The desk staff was very flippant about this and basically we were told it was tough luck.
Room was advertised as having breakfast included however we were then told after checkin that we would get paper bag in the morning containing a sandwich, yogurt, apple. No dining room. This is not what I consider as breakfast included and is blatant misinformation. Furthermore we need to eat gluten free and was told nothing was avialable and basically tough luck.

Really friendly welcome when we arrived by very nice lady in reception.
The position in Springdale was perfect for getting in and out of Zion. Good size room and good shower. Really nice to have 2 comfortable chairs and a small table outside the room, in the shade. Good free coffee in the lobby.
Negatives:
The place is quite shabby and no proper breakfast as property changed hands a week ago. Fridge had no know to turn temperature down so it ruined much of our just bought food. Coffee maker jug spout not set correctly so coffee hard to pour without a mess.Advertised with a pool which would have been nice to use on a hot afternoon but shut. Far too expensive for what you get.
