After Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Denver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: Even though the hotel is under renovations it was a perfect stay.The room was updated, location perfect for access to the parks and shopping/dining. The only drawback is they did not have enough tables for the complimentary breakfast.

Negatives: Facilities are horrible, with the inside filling of the sofa exposed because the leather cover was full of holes. Shower head dropped. Room was very dirty. Cleaning staff chatted with each other and laughed loudly in the hallway in the early morning. I dont have any problem with people having a conversation and enjoying themselves, but it was so early in the morning and the rooms had such thin walls. The cleaning staff also banged on doors.

Negatives: The mattress was uncomfortable, and the hotel was fairly far from Zion. The shuttle stop was close, but the shuttle was infrequent, and it was unclear which direction it was headed.

Negatives: I asked prior to my stay if pool and hot tub would be open. I was told pool would be closed. So I incorrectly assumed hot tub would be open. Not a deal breaker but poor communication via this apps chat resource. Also no EV charging available.

Positives: breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was perfect. the outside of the hotel looks great until you go into the room. furniture broken, ripped couch, and over all terrible shape. The pool was closed and the lobby was under construction. the cleaning supplies used for the room was super intense.
