Positives: Our 4 night stay at the La Quinta surpassed our expectations. The room was clean and spacious and the black-out curtains provided for great nights of sleep. The property itself is gorgeous, well taken care of and hosts stunning views. We were impressed with the hearty breakfast and the coffee was great. If we're ever back in Springdale, we will 100% stay here again - it was truly wonderful.

Negatives: While we were not inconvenienced ourselves, there was very limited seating in the breakfast area for the number of guests. However, the hotel lobby building was/is having renovations undertaken and I imagine this is only a temporary seating situation.

Positives: Excellent location to get to shuttle stop 5. Beautiful view. Breakfast was everything we needed before we headed to the park.

Negatives: Couch in the room was torn and tattered but I see they are doing a remodel and they hadn't gotten to our building yet. Also the laundry was not available because of the remodel but there was one across the street. Ice machine was not working. I'm sure it will all come together when the reconstruction and remodel is done. I understand they do these things in the off season.
