Positives:
Nothing I didn't stay that night because I reserved a room With a spa tub when I check in thr room doesn't have a tub at. All or a shower enclosure at all I go to office explain the mistake. I would like the room I reserved. He proceeded to argue with me about what room I booked. I asked if there was another room I can have. He's said no other room were available the parking lot was empty yet no other room. We're svail. . so I got my money beck left and went to a much nicer hotel. The. A holes still billed my card. So I paid for a room I never got well as their mistake. I will never step foot inside that roach infested dirty. Slum again.
