Negatives:
Not enough luggage carts. I have COPD and was on the second floor. When I was ready to leave, both luggage carts were gone. I had to make multiple trips from the parking lot to my room.

I showered in the evening, but after walking around my room before getting in bed, and after waking in the morning, I decided to wash my feet before putting my socks and shoes on. The bottoms of my feet were
black. So the black filth on my feet was from the floor in the room. After exiting my room in the morning, I took notice of the floors in the lobby and in the hallway leading to the restaurant and pool. It appeared that they hadn’t been vacuumed, let alone shampooed in years. I understand the building is not new, but the floors get a lot of traffic and need better maintenance.
