Positives: Arrived in early evening of the 19th. Staff (who spoke poor English) could not find my confirmed reservation. Showed him the confirmation number, gave my name. Had to buy another room. Need a refund for original reservation.

Negatives: Poor quality hotel, filthy bathroom. Coffee pot in lobby had day-old, cold coffee. Staff was horrifically trained and showed contempt for this customer. Negative 5 stars!

Positives: The manager let us check in early

Negatives: I didnt really like the property. It was old and dated. The electric outlet looked like it had been in a fire. The heating/cooling unit was loud. The room was uncomfortably cold. You could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. The door I was waiting for it to fall off the hinges. I didnt even trust the faucets in the room.

Negatives: The room was disgusting..transfered from rm 112 which a bed was ruffled up n not made...drapes hanging down (no hooks) trash on floor..tv not working...rm 108 which was a bit cleaner but not what we requested...no microwave!!
