Positives: We arrived on time and young lady that met us was extremely helpful. Super 8 was going put my wife and I on the second floor, but seeing how my wife would not be able to navigate the stairs changed room to bottom floor.

Negatives: When I made the reservations I requested a bottom floor room unless there was an elevator. Luckily a quick room change by office prevented any hardships that would have been, had we needed to climb the stairs.
