The location is nice, with a golf course nearby.

I have multiple issues with this place. 1) cleanliness, when we unfold the sofa bed, we were shocked and found a plate of dirty food left on the mattress, not sure from which guests previously, maybe not even the day before! 2) we called the front desk, She seems not to know how to solve this issue, she did not offer a new room. Finally, I told her to give us some new bed cover sheets. 3) The second morning, the toilet malfunctioned, and we were offered a plunger to try by ourselves as they do not have maintenance people on weekends. 4) No one ever apologizes for all these. Finally, I asked them to provide me with a new room. 5) the elevator was malfunctioning and could not get down to the first floor. They did not bother to lock that malfunctioned elevator. So the malfunctioned elevator was running along with the good one, and you have to pray that when you called, the good elevator will arrive. 6) I booked two days and paid in full for two days as my elderly mother needs a nap before the red-eye flight. We checked out at 8 pm without staying overnight. I have never asked for refunds, even given all the above problems. Interestingly, all the staff (daylight and night shift one) keep reminding me that I cannot be refunded for the second night, but no one bothers to apologize for all the dirty room, malfunctioned toilet, and malfunctioned elevator. And even ask the guests to fix the toilets by ourselves using the plunger they provided! I hope that they should pay me as a handyman! So in summary, never ever stay in this hotel again. Also, forgot to mention, the breakfast, the bread is so tough and hard, can break your teeth. Home2 has a newer design, this is our third time in this brand, and the memory is so bad that we should consider not doing this brand anymore. The first time we stayed in Denver, also has a problem (they could not find our booking), however, the manager is nice and solved the problem very reasonably.
