After Sunday, Jul 7th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 7, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Where to start, the staff made our stay nice(thanks to Tasha, Adam, Isaiah and Ghalia), hotel is located in a nice area, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Hotel room is spacious and nice.

Negatives: To be honest Im disappointed about room keeping, they never cleaned the room in an appropriate way through our 8 nights stay, they used to fold used towels and put them back again to be used, sofa bed was never organized in proper way despite I have asked more than 3 times for it. There were toilet paper on the floor and they never took them away. Hotel management needs to put special attention there Breakfast is limited Hotel is outdated Swimming pool was closed And room was smelly
