Positives: Breakfast was good. Somewhat of a wait checking in. Staff very affable. Halls and common areas clean and neat.
Negatives: If there is any backup at front desk, 1 clerk can't handle those checking in, purchasing food, answering questions, etc. Also, I'm still confused about my bill.
